The following terms and conditions govern the sale of products by xyz buy shop. By submitting your order to xyz buy shop you indicate your acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale. At xyz buy shop’s sole discretion, these terms and conditions may be changed without prior notice at any time before xyz buy shop accepts your order.
Payment Terms
Payment is due by credit card, PayPal, Interac or bank wire transfer. Credit card details will be verified when the order is placed; if a credit card is declined, the order will not be accepted. We do not accept C.O.D. orders. Orders are processed only after payment has been received.
Disclaimer of Warranty When products are shipped, any product-specific warranties that apply will be included with the shipment (except for warranties implied by law that cannot be excluded, limited, or modified under applicable law).
Shipping, Handling, Taxes & Duties
The buyer is responsible for any taxes, duties, or tariffs associated with the purchase.
If you hold a Canadian Indigenous/native status card and wish to have taxes refunded, you must place and pay for your order up front, because our site cannot automatically recognize status or tax exemptions. After placing your order, email sales@xyzbuyshop.com with your order number to begin the tax refund process. To request a status-based tax refund or exemption, you must fax or email copies of the front and back of your status card along with your driver’s licence. The tax refund will be issued once the order has been fully processed; this can take up to 14 business days.
Prices
Prices displayed on xyzbuyshop.com exclude taxes unless otherwise indicate. The price charged for your order will be the price effective at the moment the order is placed. However, if the price decreases before your order ships and you notify xyz buy shop of the lower price before shipment, only in that case will the lower price be applied.
Lost & Damaged Items
Any lost or damaged products must be reported to xyz buy shop in writing or via email only. We do not accept verbal reports. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.

Manufacturers may occasionally change the design, packaging, or included components of a product without providing prior written notice to xyz buy shop. xyz buy shop is not liable for any variations in the product resulting from such changes.
